Welcome to Sunrise Devonport! All our staff are dedicated to ensuring your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly and genuine service. Our aim is to make you feel at home and at ease, so if there is anything we can do to help you during your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us at reception. We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

RECEPTION

Reception is open from 7.00am until 7.00pm. Check-in hours are automatically extended for day-sailing ferries.

If you require late check-in or key-access outside of these hours, please get in touch prior to your arrival to arrange collection from the passcode safe.

BREAKFAST

Served from 7.00am in the restaurant daily

DINNER

Bistro Camille (bistrocamille.com.au/menu) is open Monday to Saturday from 5.30pm.

Camille’s Restaurant menu is written and prepared by Executive Chef Fabien Lefrancois who, having cooked and trained across both Europe and Australia, now resides here in Tasmania’s North.

All produce is sourced through local Tasmanian suppliers and businesses, highlighted by the world-class beef from Cape Grim in the state’s north west. Pure waters, rich volcanic soil, and untouched winds create perfect organic and farming conditions completely unique to the region.

Children’s meals and specific dietary requirements are catered for by request.

KEYS

Spare keys are available during reception hours. Deluxe Queen rooms require key tag to power the room. If you are leaving early in the morning, feel free to leave your key on the table inside your room, we will collect it later.

ACCESS

Our property contains stairs which may affect Budget, Executive and Deluxe room types- please contact us prior to your arrival if you or your guests require strict ground floor or disabled room access.

CHECKOUT

Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure. If you would like to check out later than that, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. However, sometimes it simply isn’t possible as the rooms need to be cleaned for incoming guests.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Please do not smoke in the rooms, there are ashtrays outside each room.

Smoking in our rooms will incur a cleaning fee of $500.00.

ROOMS

We have three types of rooms suited for different needs, every room on the property has: reverse cycle air-conditioning, a flatscreen television with Foxtel and free to air channels, you will also find complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits tucked away in the cupboards.

Executive Rooms - well suited for those who are interested in a comfortable place to stay without breaking the bank. These rooms have all you need to feel right at home.

Deluxe Rooms -  just that little bit more spacious and a larger television. We also have two Deluxe Spa rooms, excellent for taking your relaxation to the next level.

Family Rooms (Two-bedroom unit) - excellent for getting everyone in together, they come with a queen size bed in one room and two twin singles in another room. We can also arrange a roll out bed for a fifth person (depending on availability of bed). The two family rooms on the edges of the rear building have kitchenettes attached.

LAUNDRY

A guest laundry is available; the washing machine and dryer take a $2.00 and $1.00 coin ($3 per wash/dry), laundry powder is available from reception.   If you don't have the correct change, feel free to pop by reception.

VISITORS

Visitors invited to the premises are asked to leave their cars outside the grounds.  Guests are asked to be mindful of noise associated with their activities. Parties and large gatherings are not at all permitted.

PETS

As much as we love animals, unfortunately they are not permitted in the motel rooms.

VALUABLES

We cannot accept responsibility for valuables or any personal property brought onto the premises.

LOST AND FOUND

You would not believe how often things get left behind, we try our best to make sure things get back to their rightful owner; we will call you to arrange getting it back to you, and if we are unable to reach you then we will hold onto items for a reasonable period before moving it to a new home.
